do you know whats the most sickening thing that can happen to any ntu student after a long day in school?

cannot board any bus 179 that comes.

after korean lessons today i decided to go to the bus stop at wkwsci instead of the one at innovation centre. to my horror, but kinda expected, a flock of students were already there. after waiting for awhile i was thinking even if a bus came, i bet i wouldn't be able to board anyway coz there were simply too many people. i decided to walk to one bus stop before, which is the one at the north spine. (i still don't know if that was a right move)

halfway through the journey to that bus stop, i saw 2 buses going towards wkwsci. i struggled but still headed back to that bus stop, just to realise that i couldn't board despite there were TWO buses. okay fine, so i walked to the north spine bus stop again and prayed that no more 179 passed by on my way there. (i must have appeared like an idiot walking up and down the slope)

it was a terrible journey to that bus stop coz the slope was quite steep :( by the time i reached the bus stop, i was already melting like chocolate. i sat down and waited for the next bus. it didn't come until 7 mins later or so BUT the bus was PACKED. i was so seh coz i already walked one bus stop before wkwsci and the bus was still packed?! somemore the wkwsci bus stop was already 2 stops before the usual innovation centre bus stop that i go to. gosh. okay nevermind.

so i sat down again. the next bus didn't come until another 7 mins or so. throughout the whole waiting period, Mr Very-Big-And-Sunny Tai Yang Gong Gong stared at me right in my face i thought i would get a sunburn or a cataract if i waited any longer for a bus. BUT!

omgggggg. my whole mind was full of all kinds of vulgarities i can think of then. the people at the bus stop started accumulating and i could hear some of them say,


"wah lau i can't believe this lah."


"huh? today got what occasion ah?"


"omg. SIAN."

exactly. the sun then produced more heat to boil my blood and more UV rays to blacken my already very black face.

i know many ntu students have unpleasant experiences with 179 too. it's really stupid for everyone taking special sem 1 to start and end lessons at the same time! it's not helping in dispersing the crowd at all. i won't want to drive either coz PIE gets choked up from 5 plus all the way till 7 plus. i don't want to be caught in the jam.

i hope i get a hall next sem. i swear i hate 179.
